Questions, answered
A little clarity
before you begin.
What sharing means, where you stay in control, and what’s still being prepared.
01 / The basics
You make
the moves.
Will Cuelora tap or change things for me?
No. The assistant provides guidance while you tap, scroll and decide. It does not operate other apps on your phone.
How do I talk to it?
The current iPhone test app supports a spoken conversation: you speak through the microphone and hear the assistant’s voice. Start screen sharing in the app when you want help with what’s on screen.
Read the setup guideWill it work with every app, iPhone and language?
That is not promised. A screen can look different across app and iOS versions, and guidance can be mistaken. If an instruction doesn’t match what you see, ask for clarification.
The supported device, language and task list will accompany the public release. This preview is not a compatibility guarantee.
What if I join a call or another app uses the microphone?
Another app or a phone call can interrupt audio. Check the assistance app’s current status before continuing, especially if you cannot hear a reply or the microphone is paused.
You can stop assistance while taking the call and return when you’re ready. Uninterrupted audio during every call or app combination is not guaranteed.
03 / On your terms
Help for you.
And your people.
Can I subscribe or try a free allowance now?
Subscriptions and the starter allowance are not available through this website yet. Final eligibility, prices, included minutes and renewal terms will be shown before you can choose a plan. You can read this guide without an account.
Check plan availabilityWhen will assistance minutes count?
Plans are being designed around time spent in a usable assistance session, including listening, explaining, reading and following an instruction. Muting the microphone alone is different from pausing the whole session.
Metering and interruption rules will be shown with the final offers before purchase.
What will happen when my included minutes run out?
A used-up allowance is different from an expired subscription or a service interruption. Final plans will state when minutes reset and how to manage the subscription. No unlimited-use or rollover offer is available in this preview.
Would an annual plan give me all the minutes at once?
The proposed annual plan releases an allowance each month, rather than the whole year at once. Exact minutes, the total annual charge and release terms will appear on the plan before purchase.
Could I pay for family members? Would I see their sessions?
Family subscriptions are being prepared, with separate accounts for the people using assistance. Family payment is not permission to view a relative’s screen or conversation.
Prices, seats, shared or individual allowance rules, and family privacy terms are not finalized. They will be explained before family plans go on sale.
How will cancellation and refunds work?
Cancellation of renewal, pausing assistance, requesting a refund and deleting an account are separate actions. The purchase provider and applicable cancellation/refund route will be identified before payment.
Those policies are still being finalized. There is no checkout or working subscription-management control on this preview site.
04 / If something feels off
You don’t have to
guess what happened.
If you’re testing the iPhone app, open Report a Problem, then use Share Report or Email Support. Review the report before sending it.
Add what you were trying to do, what you expected and what happened instead. Leave passwords, payment details and private conversation content out of your description.
