Can I buy for my family?
Buy a personal plan and share its gift code with your relative. They redeem it in their own account. They get their own minutes; you manage payment and renewal. There is no shared family allowance.
Where does assistance happen?
In the iPhone app. This website does not view or control other apps on your phone.
